Real Sociedad midfielder David Silva has suffered a knee injury in training.
The Spanish playmaker was forced to stop training yesterday due to a problem with his left knee. The first tests the 37-year-old footballer underwent showed a lesion of the anterior cruciate ligament.
David Silva will be visited by a specialist next week to assess the precise extent of his injury.
There are fears of a long absence for the former Manchester City star.
