Besides the GT 8 Pro series smartphones, realme is also bringing its first open-ear earbuds, the realme Buds Clip, to Malaysia on the same date as the smartphone launch, which is 24 November 2025. realme says the earbuds is positioned as an entry-level open-ear option targeted at “young, active users.”
realme Buds Clip

The realme Buds Clip adopts an ear-clip structure designed to offer a more secure fit over traditional earbud designs, with each earbud weighing 5.3g and using a C-shaped bridge made from flexible memory titanium alloy. Of course, the open-ear design is for eliminating the pressure and stuffiness that some people dislike with a closed-ear form factor.
realme developed the Buds Clip with a focus on “delivering high quality sound,” which will incorporate the company’s NextBass Algorithm that dynamically adjusts low and high-frequency output to improve sound consistency across different listening scenarios. According to its global product page, it’ll feature 11mm “dual-magnet large-amplitude” drivers, along with optimized speaker angle and acoustic duct to minimize sound leakage.
Other specs include 7 hours of listening time per charge, or 36 hours with the charging case (45mAh + 530mAh); IP55 dust and water resistance, 45-millisecond low latency mode, Bluetooth 5.4 with SBC/AAC codec support, and two microphones onboard each earbud. Two color options are listed, including Titanium Black and Titanium Gold. Expect more details like pricing and availability to be revealed next week, likely as a part of realme’s new GT 8 Pro smartphone announcement.
Pokdepinion: I expect this one to be fairly affordable then.
