Former England midfielder Jamie Redknapp says Harry Maguire should leave Manchester United.
Maguire was named man of the match for Saturday's win at Sheffield United.
But Redknapp said on Sky Sports: "As a professional, I think he's been treated disgracefully by football fans. Everywhere he's been, even his own fans, England fans, he's been ridiculed and it's not fair.
"He's shown how important he is tonight, and of course, he's made mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes.
"There are so many players at Manchester United capable of making the mistakes he's made before but they won't get a quarter of the stick that he does when Harry Maguire does it. It becomes a meme, everyone starts talking about it.
"Do I think long-term that he'll be the answer for them? I actually don't, he's played well recently but I think he'll have to make his way again somewhere else. But he doesn't deserve the amount of hate he gets, I think it's been massively below the belt and disgraceful at times."
