Newcastle United are reaping the benefits of the hard work put in by a star player.
The Magpies were slightly concerned about the form of Miguel Almiron earlier this season.
However, former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp believes that Almiron's hard work is now paying off in the past two games [scored two goals].
