SIPITANG: Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister, Datuk Ruslan Muharam, urged Muslims to refer to the Al-Quran as a guide and source of knowledge.
“The Al-Quran has verses that teach us moral principles and encourage admirable characteristics that can develop human capital with outstanding behaviour,” he said.
“This is what we need to establish a country that is both worldly and spiritually balanced,” he said last Saturday while officiating at the lower interior-level Majlis Tilawah Al-Quran at the Sipitang Multipurpose Hall.
