Reform’s Richard Tice says couples with children should be married ‘in ideal world’

  • Reform UK deputy leader Richard Tice has announced plans to prioritise under-35 British-born workers and married couples with children for social housing.
  • Defending the policy, Tice stated that having "British-born children" should be encouraged and that it is preferable for children to have married parents.
  • The proposed scheme would also give housing priority to veterans and employed individuals, building on earlier pledges to remove foreign nationals from social housing.
