Reggae the seal has made two unlikely new companions - a pair of rubber ducks.

Video of the 33-year-old Atlantic harbor seal hugging rubber ducks as he rolls around with them in the water has been widely circulated on social media.

"Ohhh to be a harbor seal with his rubber duckie!", New England Aquarium said as they shared footage of the seal and his new squeaky friends.

The aquarium added that the ducks had been given to the seal as part of a training routine designed to mentally stimulate him, as he is challenged to try and locate the ducks in his enclosure.
