The registration process for admission to the second year of BE courses through lateral entry at the University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Panjab University Swami Sarvanand Giri Regional Centre (PUSSGRC), Hoshiarpur, has commenced.

Students holding diploma and seeking direct admission to the second year of engineering courses can apply through the Panjab University Lateral Engineering Entrance Test (PULEET) 2026.

The BE courses include mechanical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, computer science and engineering and information technology.

PUSSGRC, Hoshiarpur, is known for its state-of-the-art infrastructure, experienced faculty and excellent placement record. The campus has emerged as a preferred destination for technical education in the region.

PUSSGRC Director Prof (Dr) Satish Kumar said the institute continued to provide quality technical education and excellent career opportunities to students from the region and adjoining areas.

According to admission schedule, the PULEET Entrance Test will be held on June 14. The last date for online registration is May 26, while the last date for fee deposit is May 29.

Candidates seeking admission have been advised to complete the registration process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute inconvenience. Prof Vinay Arora has been appointed as admission incharge, while Dr Rajeev Dang will serve as admission co-incharge.
