Morocco coach Walid Regragui has named Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz in his new squad.
It's now confirmed that Diaz will play for Morocco and no longer be available to Spain.
Morocco will face Angola and Mauritania later this month.
Diaz said just this week: "The best months arrive because it is when you play all the competitions.
"We are first in the League and in the quarterfinals of the Champions League. It is a very good moment for the team and we have to continue like this. Now, obviously, to win titles."
