Reky Chee Hau Jun (middle) emerged as champion at the finals of the Penampang/Kapayan/Karambunai Buvazoi Tavantang Kaamatan in Kota Kinabalu on May 11.
He will represent Penampang and walked away with prizes worth more than RM12,000, including RM3,000, an exclusive headgear, a trophy, a sponsored holiday trip and other items.
In second place was Charlos Majanan (right), who will represent Kapayan, while Jasrol Malubin, in third place, will represent Karambunai. Charlos and Jasrol received RM2,000 and RM1,500, respectively, aside from other prizes and sponsored items.
