Released Burnley fullback Matt Lowton is trialling with Stockport County.
Now 34, Lowton was cut loose by the Clarets at the end of last season.
Lowton started Stockport's 2-0 defeat to Tranmere Rovers in the Cheshire Senior Cup last night. He is training with the Hatters as a trialist.
The fullback spent last season on-loan with Huddersfield Town.
Lowton did his preseason with Birmingham City.
