Kota Kinabalu: Kemabong Assemblyman Datuk Rubin Balang said concessionaires that cannot complete their tasks should be replaced.
“Road maintenance is so terrible that people come to me asking for assistance,” he said, citing roads in Kemabong that have gone three months without maintenance.
“I brought up the issue with the Public Works Department and was informed that it is Kekal Mewah’s project.
