Kota Kinabalu: A police report was lodged against a childcare centre, here, over the alleged abuse of a two-year-old by two teachers.
The victim’s mother known as Tan was alarmed to see bruises and beating marks on her child’s body, as well as being “briefed” by her elder child who attends the same centre on what happened.
“On June 6 at about 4pm, I asked my four year old child (elder sibling) and was shocked when he told me the younger sibling had spilled water and was hit by the teacher for it.
