MANILA, Philippines — Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon on Monday urged residents to report rude city employees. He said complaints should be brought to the Mayor’s Office for proper action.
Biazon said he continues to receive reports of city hall workers allegedly showing unfriendly behavior.
The mayor urged residents who encounter problems with city government officials or employees to identify the personnel involved and provide details of the incident instead of posting complaints online.
“I advise people, if you have a problem with city government officials or employees, get down the names, list the names. Write them down or list the circumstances so that you can bring them to the Office of the Mayor,” Biazon said.
He called on city employees to serve the public with proper treatment and concern.
The mayor said the city government should focus on delivering a better customer experience so that residents can feel that they are being served with sincerity and concern.
