Despite the agreement between the United States and Iran, reports indicate that Israel has carried out a deadly drone strike in southern Lebanon.
A car was attacked near the village of Kfar Tebnit. The driver was reportedly killed in the incident, the Lebanese news agency NNA reported Monday.
The Israeli news portal ynet cited security sources as saying that a vehicle had been attacked by a drone to "eliminate a threat." The Israeli army said it is investigating the claims.
The Hezbollah militia, which is aligned with Iran, says that the agreement between Tehran and Washington is also supposed to apply to Lebanon. However, Israeli ministers have contradicted this account.
