Chances are that most of us who own a smartphone may already suffer from a form of “text neck”, a condition which causes upper body stiffness and even migraines in some, from a prolonged forward head posture.

One might even wonder of the posture of an average human being in the near future when more children are born with a tablet in hand, on top of leading sedentary lifestyles after the pandemic.
