Spartak Moscow passed on signing Tom Davies before he joined Luton Town.
The midfielder signed for Sheffield United as a free agent after leaving Everton last summer.
Metaratings says before his Blades move, Davies was offered to Spartak at the close of the transfer window, but they turned him down.
Davies was willing to consider moving to Russia for the right offer.
Spartak passed on the midfielder, as they were covered in his position.
Davies, instead, would eventually sign for United.
