Kiki Musampa expects PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahima Sangare to be on the move this month.
Sangare's contract carries a 37.5m buyout clause and he came close to joining Nottingham Forest earlier this summer.
Former Ajax and Manchester City midfielder Musampa's brother is the agent of Sangare.
He told ESPN: "There are big clubs that are interested, such as Bayern Munich.
"Ibrahim is also on the list at Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool, but he is not yet a priority there. Nottingham Forest had already made an offer, but that was not enough."
