Bayern Munich star Harry Kane would have waited until next summer to move to Manchester United.

However, The Mail states that Kane did not receive any assurances from United about their interest.
While the Red Devils did have an eye on Kane for many years, they eventually decided against a move.
The England captain then decided that he was better off moving on this summer.
He secured a deal to go to Bayern, with United signing Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta instead.
