Liverpool have made a bid to Borussia Dortmund for Jude Bellingham.
The England international is likely to be the subject of a transfer tug of war in the summer.
Bellingham, who shone at the World Cup with the Three Lions, is wanted by Europe's top teams.
Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Paris Saint-Germain, and Real Madrid have all been linked to Bellingham in the past few months.
Norwegian journalist Jan Aage Fjortoft took to Twitter and stated: "Re: Jude Bellingham. Just to confirm the report earlier today. Liverpool have sent an offer to Dortmund! The roulette is open."
In January, the same journalist tweeted: "Re: Jude Bellingham I understand Team Bellingham have told Real Madrid they are talking to Liverpool too. At the moment no favorites". As they at this stage are investigating their options."
