Manchester United will have to pay Ajax nearly a £56,000 bonus every time Lisandro Martinez plays for the club in the coming years.
According to The Mirror, United will pay the add-ons in the transfer agreement to the tune of £1.7million per year for five years, with the money going to Ajax for each appearance Martinez makes.
Once the limit is hit for each season, United will not have to pay Ajax for further Martinez appearances.
The total transfer fee for Martinez is £48.3 million plus £8.5 million add-ons.
He is set to start at left center-back for manager Erik ten Hag this season, alongside either Raphael Varane or Harry Maguire.
