The details of Barcelona defender Gerard Pique's contract signed in 2019 have been released.
El Mundo has published the terms Pique settled on with the former Barca board three years ago.
The centre-back signed a five-year contract in 2019 worth a whopping €28.4m gross per season.
According to the report, Piqué demanded to become the highest paid centre-back in the world, which he became.
Sergio Ramos, now of PSG, then had a net salary of €12.5m at Real Madrid. Piqué's new net salary landed at €15m.
