The former Liverpool star will sign for the Saudi Pro League club this week.
Sky Deutschland says the Senegal captain is joining Al-Nassr on a contract worth 40m-a-year.
Mane will earn 760,000-a-week as an Al-Nassr player.
The 31 year-old is due to have his medical this week ahead of penning terms. Bayern will receive 20m for Mane's sale.
