Premier League giants Manchester United may have to operate in the bargain bin this summer.

The Red Devils are said to have a transfer budget this summer of little more than 35 million in cash.

Per The Mail, United will have to wheel and deal if they are to secure top targets.

The club do hope to raise significant funds through sales, especially those of homegrown players such as Mason Greenwood.

They will also be able to use that cash to pay for new signings in installments, which will spread out the money.

United are limited in how much they can spend because of the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability rules.
