The Vigilance Bureau (VB) caught a Kanungo (land record official) red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 40,000 in Faridkot, VB officials confirmed on Tuesday.
The accused, identified as Resham Singh, was arrested following a complaint filed by a local resident, Gurcharan Singh.
