West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice still favours joining Arsenal this summer.
The Hammers captain has seen offers of 70m and 90m from Arsenal turned down by the Irons so far this month.
West Ham are demanding 100m to sell and have now fielded an approach from Manchester City.
The Sun says Rice will move to City if they outbid the Gunners.
However, if it became a straight choice, the midfielder prefers to stay in London and join Arsenal.
