Rishi Sunak has been seen heading to vote in the General Election near his home in Richmond, Yorkshire, alongside his wife, Akshata Murty.

The prime minister has spent the last few weeks campaigning to stay in 10 Downing Street after the public casts their vote, and has highlighted key topics including healthcare, housing, crime, and migration as areas he’d tackle if the Conservatives were left in charge.

However, Keir Starmer, Nigel Farage, and Ed Davey are all gunning for the position of leading the next government too, and made a point of spotlighting Tory failures as a reason for change.
