Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Territory Islamic Religious Council (MAIWP) through the Taqwa Foundation has approved a RM1.67 mil allocation in Kafa Textbooks for students in Sabah.
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Senator Datuk Idris Ahmad said the number of Kafa teachers is 2,490 with 48 supervisors.
“Of these, the average Kafa teacher is a graduate of the Kudat and Keningau Dakwah Training Center which is now known as the Institute of Islamic Studies and Dakwah Sabah (Ipdas) Jakim.
