Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Customs seized 52.463kg of syabu worth RM1.8 million from a house, here, on July 28 – largest seizure so far this year, according to Customs Director-General Datuk Zazuli Johan.
He said Sabah is a transit point for the drugs and that the Department is looking into the origin of the substances.
“The 12.12pm operation was prompted by a two-month surveillance following a tip-off,” he told a media conference at the Menara Kastam, here, Wednesday.
