Tuaran: The State Government has channelled an allocation of RM10 million to Yayasan Usaha Maju (YUM) this year for micro-loan facilities for women, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
He said the Government is very concerned and will ensure that entrepreneurs, especially women, get equal opportunities and loan facilities.
He said other state government agencies that offer financial assistance also provide courses and business training, in addition to helping with the promotion and marketing of products to domestic and foreign markets.
