SEMPORNA: The Marine Police Force (MPF) here seized cosmetics worth about RM126,210 believed smuggled into the state via Laut Sisipan waters on Saturday.

Sabah Region Four Commander, ACP Nazri Ibrahim, said the team apprehended the boat at about 5.30pm.

“During inspection, no valid documents such as the ownership, registered authorization, purchase receipt or use of goods.

In the meantime, Nazri said that, it is an offence to be without a valid permit for commercial purposes.
