A SUM of RM6.27 million was allocated to the Sabah Women’s Affairs Department (Jhewa) to promote gender equality and leverage the potential of women.
“The State Government guarantees that women receive equal opportunities and benefits.
“Hence, it is hoped that such allocation for Jhewa would be used to manage and enhance the wellbeing of women through various human capital development programmes,” he said.
