Some employers provide yearly rewards to employees who perform well to encourage them to keep working hard. But, how often do you hear of employers handing out several HOUSES as rewards?
Netizen, Kaktiii, took to her TikTok account to showcase how her employer, JRM Holistik, had rewarded their employees with several houses, house funds, cars, travel packages and more, during their recent annual company dinner.
She wrote, “The most HYPED dinner in my 4 years at JRM. Alhamdulillah, after tirelessly hustling in 2024, we’ve finally been rewarded. And this does not even include BONUSES.”
Among the noteworthy rewards handed out to JRM Holistik staff members during their company’s ‘A Night of Stars’ annual dinner on December 31 (Tuesday) were several houses, house funds, cars, travel packages to overseas destinations and VVIP packages for pilgrimages to Mecca.
The local health and wellness company also handed out furniture packages, household appliances, handbags and more.
However, the biggest reward that turned heads that night was a RM800,000 bungalow, which was won by the top performer from the company, Puan Hidayah Yusman, as shown in a TikTok post by JRM Holistik.
