  • Westman opened fire on a church next to Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, killing two children and wounding 18 others.
  • A social media account linked to Westman showed a video with a “manifesto” detailing violent fantasies and a long-time obsession with mass shootings, dating back to seventh grade.
  • The video also displayed a large arsenal of weapons, and authorities stated Westman fired 116 rounds during the attack.
