Robo.ai Inc appoints Dr Jasem Ibrahim Mansour Al-Mansory as CEO of proposed subsidiary

ROBO.AI Inc has appointed Dr Jasem Ibrahim Mansour Al-Mansory as chief executive officer of its proposed subsidiary Alif Holding, an Abu Dhabi-based company focused on artificial intelligence and industrial technology.

The appointment takes effect immediately, with the company saying it completes the initial leadership structure for Alif Holding following the earlier appointment of former Interpol president H.E. Dr Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi as chairman.

Alif Holding is expected to develop and integrate AI systems for use across several sectors, including energy, oil and gas, ports, public safety, utilities, mining, transportation, smart cities and critical infrastructure.

Al-Mansory will oversee the company’s operations, while Al-Raisi will be responsible for the board’s strategic direction, security and compliance oversight.

A UAE national, Al-Mansory spent more than 30 years with the UAE Ministry of Interior before retiring as a brigadier.

His previous positions include deputy inspector general and acting director general, as well as director of the Inspection Department at the Office of the General Inspector.

He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, a master’s degree in Police Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ajman University.

Al-Mansory said his immediate focus would be on setting up the company’s management structure, strengthening its operations and developing its capabilities in the UAE. - August 1, 2026

Robo.ai, which is listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker AIIO, said Alif Holding would focus on building AI-related industrial capabilities in the UAE while expanding into regional and global markets. - August 1, 2026
