Robo.ai reports US$180m revenue following QC Capital acquisition

NASDAQ-listed Robo.ai Inc. reported more than US$180 million (RM760 million) in revenue for the three months to August, with Quantum Core Capital Ltd (QC Capital) accounting for most of the earnings following its acquisition in June.

The UAE-based company said the acquisition, completed on June 15, had continued to contribute to its revenue, with operations remaining steady in the months since the deal.

Robo.ai said the latest performance came as it works to integrate QC Capital while expanding its businesses in artificial intelligence, robotics and smart mobility, advanced manufacturing, and digital assets and capital.

Chief executive officer Benjamin Zhai said the company was encouraged by the performance since completing the acquisition.

“Since completing the acquisition in June, we have seen steady operating momentum and continued revenue contribution from our acquired business,” he said.

Zhai said the revenue generated in recent months provided the company with a stronger base for its next phase of growth.

“We remain focused on disciplined execution and integration, while continuing to strengthen our business and build on this momentum as we work toward sustainable growth,” he said.

Robo.ai, however, stressed that the US$180 million figure was preliminary and unaudited.

The figure has not been reviewed by the company’s independent registered public accounting firm and could be adjusted as part of its financial closing and review process.

The company also said the consideration shares issued for the QC Capital acquisition are subject to a phased release mechanism linked to revenue performance.

The arrangement was previously disclosed in a Form 6-K filing on June 18. - September 4, 2026
