ROCKWELL Land Corp. and Juan D. Nepomuceno Realty Group, via joint venture Rockwell Nepo Development Corp., completed structural works for the Power Plant Mall Angeles last March 10.

“We are thrilled to bring the Power Plant Mall experience to Angeles. Our goal is to blend our signature curated retail mix with local flavors, ensuring a destination that resonates deeply with the Kapampangan community,” Rockwell Land Vice President Tin Coqueiro said.

The 32,000-square-meter mall is scheduled to open by the third quarter of 2027. It is part of the 4.6-hectare mixed-use Rockwell at Nepo Center development.

“Because of the positive response to our residential and retail offerings, we are expanding Rockwell at Nepo Center with an additional 9,000 square meters of land,” Rockwell Land Chairman and CEO Nestor Padilla said.

“We are already planning on expanding the mall and adding other components that will make the development even more exciting,” he added.

Rockwell Land’s share price rose by 10 centavos, or 5.68 percent, to close at P1.86 each on Wednesday.
