Roma coach Daniele de Rossi is on Brighton's radar.
Il Corriere dello Sport says Brighton have De Rossi under consideration in the event they lose manager Roberto de Zerbi this summer.
However, Roma wants to keep De Rossi and plans to offer him a new contract. The Italian's current deal runs to June.
De Rossi stepped in after the dismissal of Jose Mourinho in January.
He now has Roma in the mix of qualifying for the Champions League this season.
