AS Roma coach Jose Mourinho is delighted with the early season form of Leandro Paredes.
The midfielder arrived in August from PSG.
Mourinho said today, "Leo is a finished product as a player. He is not an evolving kid, he is mature, I have always liked the offensive phase and now that I work with him I say that I love his way of playing.
"The team with him always has more ball possession than the opponent, he gives an important connection between the defenders and the offensive part. Without the ball is like us, not very fast, with a slow transition. What we can do is look for balance because in this way we eliminate this problem."
