There are fears Roma striker Tammy Abraham has suffered an ACL injury.
Abraham was stretchered off visibly upset during victory over Spezia.
He came off the bench in the second-half but lasted just 17 minutes before he broke down.
He badly twisted his knee in the incident and there's concerns the injury is an ACL.
Abraham, 25, scored nine goals in 54 games this season.
