Former Spartak Moscow coach Oleg Romantsev is amazed by the spending power of Manchester City.
Romantsev can see City spending big again to ease their current form concerns.
He told RT: "I sometimes read that Manchester City are going to sign some more great players and it makes my hair stand on end.
"Where are you still strengthening? Whom do you no longer have?"
City currently sit in fourth place on the Premier League table.
