Manchester United great Wayne Rooney is ready to take the Birmingham City job.
Rooney resigned as DC United coach on Sunday with Birmingham having sacked John Eustace yesterday.
The Times says Rooney has now agreed personal terms with the Blues.
It's been suggested Rooney will move to St Andrews on wages of around 29,000-a-week.
Brum are currently sitting in sixth place on the Championship table during the current international break.
