New Birmingham City boss Wayne Rooney is convinced by the club's potential.
Rooney says the Blues can be as big as Newcastle and Manchester City.
He said, "We've seen clubs be taken over by different owners and really develop. In the Premier League we've seen Manchester City and Newcastle, how they're developing.
"Birmingham City is a massive club. They've got the right owners and it's exciting to be part of it, in terms of the story, the project how we feel it can develop.
"City and Newcastle have been at the top level and developed, and I really believe we can climb from the Championship to the top level. Then you sit down and create new targets when you do that. As a football fan, it's something I really want to follow and have a real interest in."
