Manchester United great Wayne Rooney has fired a warning at Real Madrid.
Real meet Manchester City this week in the first-leg of their Champions League semifinal.
And DC United coach Rooney believes the result won't be close: "Manchester City are not just going to beat Real Madrid. They will crush them.
"They have (Erling) Haaland. How will Real stop Haaland? Well they have Rudiger, but I think Haaland will destroy them. With 12 goals scored this season in the Champions League, including 7 already in the final phase, the Norwegian is indeed going it alone in the ranking of scorers in the competition.
"And as the appetite comes with eating, the Cyborg could well arrive hungry at the Santiago Bernabu in two days."
