MALAYSIAN HOME solutions brand RUBINE has achieved a new milestone after its EOS Series Water Heater was officially recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records (MBOR) as the country’s thinnest instant shower water heater.
The recognition marks a significant achievement for RUBINE, the flagship brand of Fiamma Trading Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiamma Holdings Berhad, as the company continues to strengthen its position in the home solutions market through product innovation and engineering.
Fiamma Group chief executive officer Jimmy Tan said the recognition reflected years of investment in innovation, engineering excellence and strategic partnerships.

RUBINE forms part of Fiamma’s Trading and Services segment, which is the group’s primary earnings contributor. The company said its growth strategy focuses on brand development, expansion into high-growth product categories, and close collaboration with manufacturing partners to accelerate product innovation, energy efficiency and smart home solutions.
The EOS Series, which stands for Energy Optimisation System, incorporates proprietary technology designed to balance water flow and power consumption, enabling users to reach their preferred shower temperature more quickly while reducing energy and water wastage.
The series comprises two models — EOS PRIME and EOS ULTRA SLIM — both equipped with a range of safety and smart features.
Among the features are a Double Protection, Double Thermal (DPDT) safety system, which automatically isolates the live and neutral electrical lines in the event of an electrical fault, and a Dual Valve system that expels residual hot water from the chamber after use to minimise the risk of accidental scalding.
The water heaters also feature a digital touch control panel with a Last Memory Function, allowing users to return to their preferred temperature settings with a single touch.
Selected models are fitted with a high-efficiency DC inverter pump capable of operating below 45 decibels while improving water pressure, making them suitable for high-rise residential buildings and homes with inconsistent water flow.
The EOS PRIME model additionally integrates both a rain shower and hand shower within a single space-saving unit.
Malaysia Book of Records chief operating officer Jwan Heah Yeow Hooi said the recognition followed an extensive verification process.
“Every record recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records undergoes a rigorous verification process, and the EOS Series was no exception.
“Our team independently measured and confirmed the 45mm profile against the relevant category benchmark before this achievement could be certified. It reflects the calibre of engineering precision we look for, and we are pleased to recognise RUBINE’s achievement today,” he said.
The EOS Series was jointly developed by Fiamma Trading and Versatile Setup Sdn Bhd and is supported by a nationwide network of authorised dealers and after-sales service centres.
