At least 35 people were injured in a Ukrainian drone attack in the Russian-occupied Luhansk region, the occupation authorities said on Friday.
The drones hit a vocational school and a hostel in Starobilsk where 86 young people aged 14 to 18 were staying, administrative chief Leonid Pasechnik said on the social network VK. He wrote that minors were still buried under the rubble.
Ukraine has been defending itself against a Russian invasion for more than four years.
