MOSCOW, March 15 — Russia will try to retrieve remnants of the US military drone that fell into the Black Sea, Moscow’s Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said.

The US military said today that a Russian fighter jet had clipped the propeller of one of its spy drones as it flew over the Black Sea in international air space, causing it to crash into the water.

Russia denied this, suggesting it crashed due to “sharp manoeuvring”. — Reuters
