MOSCOW: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday that the US operation in Venezuela showed the fragmentation of global leadership.
Lavrov stated that Washington appeared to be destroying the very international system it had helped to build.
He added that Russia remained committed to the agreements it struck with Venezuela. – Reuters
