- The strikes damaged residential buildings, a medical facility, and an educational institution across 12 locations in three Kyiv districts.
- Emergency crews were at the scene and pulled people out from under the rubble.
- Meanwhile, Ukraine’s parliament has approved the appointment of Yevhenii Khmara as the new defence minister.
- It comes after the ousting of Mykhailo Fedorov in July, with Khmara’s appointment being backed by 312 lawmakers.
