At least three people have been killed by Ukrainian drone attacks in the Russian-occupied part of eastern Ukraine, the occupation authorities reported on Wednesday.
Ivan Prikhodko, the Moscow-installed mayor of Horlivka, in the Donetsk region, said on Telegram that a petrol station was damaged and at least one car was destroyed in the attacks involving remote-controlled drones. He said the electricity and water supply also partially failed.
The information cannot be independently verified.
Horlivka is a good 30 kilometres from the Ukrainian-Russian front line. The major city came under the control of pro-Russian separatists in 2014 and has been occupied by Russian troops since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
